Spring Creek was founded by Douglas Clegg who earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management from the College of Engineering at Brigham Young University in 1991. He has completed nearly $170 million in projects over the past 20 years. Along with extensive development expertise, Douglas has owned and operated several senior care facilities and other companies.
