ABOUT THIS DEVELOPMENT
The Stone Creek Apartments in Caldwell Idaho are located at Ustick and Lenity immediately south of the Caldwell YMCA and Caldwell High School. This 144 multi family residential project has all of the amenities needed for todays tenant. Including, dog park, recreational center with business services, gym memberships, park area and more.
We are starting construction this November and plan to open our first units this coming spring 2021 with one, two and three bedroom apartment settings.
